Terms of Use

1. The service

Play Zone provides a public catalog of browser-game pages, related site copy and links. Games may be playable in an embedded frame supplied by a third-party distributor. The catalog is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational use.

You are responsible for using a compatible device, browser and internet connection and for any data or provider charges that result. We do not promise that every game will work on every device or remain available.

2. Third-party games, advertisements and links

Playable games and some related images are delivered through GameMonetize or another identified third-party source. Third-party advertisements, resources and links may also appear. These services are not created or controlled by Play Zone, and their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements may apply.

Opening an embedded game can cause your browser to communicate directly with its provider. Do not enter personal or payment information into a game unless you understand who is requesting it and why. Play Zone does not authorize a third party to make promises on its behalf.

3. Acceptable use

When using Play Zone, you must not:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• attempt to bypass security, damage the site, overload its infrastructure or interfere with another visitor's use;
• introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic or manipulate advertising impressions, clicks, game statistics or other signals;
• misrepresent your identity or authority in a support, privacy or rights request;
• copy, sell, repackage or redistribute site content or third-party game assets unless you have the necessary permission; or
• use the site to collect information about other visitors.

Automated access by ordinary search-engine crawlers is permitted when it follows the site's published robots instructions. Other high-volume automated access requires prior permission.

4. Ownership, permitted use and rights reports

Play Zone's original page text, arrangement, branding and site code are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. These terms give you only a limited, revocable right to access the public site for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of any content.

Game titles, artwork, playable files and trademarks belong to their respective developers, publishers or other rights holders. Their appearance in the catalog does not imply that Play Zone owns them or that a rights holder endorses Play Zone.

If you believe content should be corrected or removed, follow the rights-request instructions. A sufficiently detailed report helps us locate the material and evaluate the request. Submitting a false or misleading notice may have consequences under applicable law.

5. Availability, updates and access

We may correct page information, change navigation, replace links, suspend access to a game or remove material when it is unavailable, inaccurate, unsafe, disputed or no longer suitable for the catalog. We may also limit access needed to protect the site or other visitors.

Game progress may be stored only by a third-party game or in your browser and may disappear when cookies or local data are cleared. Unless a game expressly provides its own account or save feature, Play Zone does not promise to preserve scores or progress.

6. Privacy and advertising

The Privacy Policy explains information associated with site requests, contact messages, Google AdSense and embedded GameMonetize content. Advertising helps support free access to the site but does not make an advertiser the author or owner of Play Zone's editorial content.

You must not click advertisements to generate revenue for Play Zone, encourage others to do so, or use automated systems to create impressions or clicks.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Play Zone and the catalog are provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties that every description is error-free, that every game is appropriate for every visitor, or that the site and third-party content will always be secure, uninterrupted or compatible with your device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Play Zone will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any consumer right that cannot be waived.

8. Changes, severability and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published version. Changes apply prospectively when posted, except where a different notice or effective date is required.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment or joint-venture relationship between you and Play Zone.
